2. Scope of These Terms

By using this website or making a reservation, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions govern:

  • Use of this website
  • Table reservations
  • Event participation
  • Catering enquiries
  • Purchase and use of gift vouchers

3. Website Use

is the intellectual property of Smokehouse s.r.o. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

We reserve the right to modify website content at any time without prior notice.

All content on this website, including:

  • Text
  • Branding
  • Logos
  • Images
  • Menu descriptions

4. Reservations

Reservations are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in exceptional circumstances and to refuse service to guests who behave inappropriately.

Currently, no deposits are required and no mandatory cancellation policy applies.

However, we reserve the right to introduce reservation deposits or cancellation policies in the future.

5. Events

From time to time, we organise public and private events.

Participation in events is voluntary and at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify event details, cancel events, or refuse entry if necessary.

6. Event Ticket Purchases

Ticket prices shown at checkout are the final prices payable and include applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The purchaser receives the event tickets by email, while Stripe may send the invoice or tax document in a separate email.

Each ticket contains a unique identifier and QR code. Tickets are transferable bearer tickets: the first person to present a valid, unused QR code may be admitted. You are responsible for keeping each QR code private and sharing it only with the intended guest.

Unless the checkout states otherwise, only the complete order may be refunded. A refund request must be received before the event-specific cutoff displayed during purchase. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. After that voluntary cutoff, tickets are non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Tickets concern a leisure activity on a specified date. The statutory 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts does not apply to this type of dated leisure service under Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU and its Czech implementation.

If we cancel the event, ticket holders are entitled to a refund of the ticket price. If an event is materially rescheduled, we will communicate the available options using the purchaser email address.

A ticket guarantees event admission subject to these Terms, but does not by itself reserve a table or particular seat. Table reservations remain separate.

By accepting these Terms at checkout, the purchaser agrees to receive the invoice or tax document electronically, which may arrive in a separate email from the payment provider.

7. Catering Services

Catering enquiries made via this website are non-binding until confirmed in writing.

Specific catering terms, including pricing, cancellation, and payment conditions, will be agreed separately with the client.

8. Gift Vouchers

Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

Gift vouchers issued by Smokehouse s.r.o.:

  • Are valid for the period stated on the voucher
  • Are non-refundable unless required by law
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Must be presented at the time of redemption
  • Are valid for dine-in or takeaway, ordered by phone call, only
  • Are not valid for third-party delivery apps

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted under Czech or EU law.

Smokehouse s.r.o. is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Temporary website unavailability
  • Errors caused by third-party service providers

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
