Jaroslav OsiÄka, VelkĆ© BĆlovice, Morava A light, juicy and refreshing red wine composed of AndrĆ© and Pinot Noir varieties. Aged partly in old oak barrels and partly in stainless steel. Bottled without filtration with a minimal amount of sulfur dioxide.
VinaÅstvĆ Syfany, Vrbice, Morava A simple and perfectly drinkable form of a white made up of Riesling, Pinot Blanc, and GrĆ¼ner Veltliner varieties. Aged individually in stainless steel tanks for roughly a year and then cellared and racked without filtration with minimal Sulphur.
Milan Nestarec, MoravskĆ½ Žižkov, Morava CuvĆ©e of Neuburg, Mullerka and Muscat. Fermentation started together and then racked to finish fermentation closed under the crown. In the 2021 vintage, the removal of lees was performed, which has resulted in robust sparkling and carbonation.
Milan Nestarec, MoravskĆ½ Žižkov, Morava The composition consists of Chardonnay, VeltlĆn, Sauvignon and TramĆn. Fermentation takes place without trampling by delicately submerging the hat for about 7 days. The wine is aged half in an old large barrel, half in stainless steel, and after about 11 months it is bottled without filtration, clarification or added sulphur
Milan Nestarec, MoravskĆ½ Žižkov, Morava Dornfelder grape variety, which makes up the bulk. Complemented by Zweigeltrebe and white varieties. A wine that has a seductive dark colour and is very lively to energetic. On the nose we find red fruits. On the palate it is medium-bodied, slightly earthy, more dense but very drinkable. An ideal companion for red meats.
Vina HerĆ”znovi, KobylĆ, Morava A creamy and elegant SylvĆ”n, aged almost a year in oak barrels, with pronounced aromas of dried herbs and ripe fruit. Smooth and long-lasting on the palate.
MIRA, Velke Bilovice, Morava Pinot Noir from 15-year-old vines in sandy soil, with semi-carbonic maceration and 8 months in 450-liter oak barrels. It's lively, playful, and fun.
